Ready to help prepare any meal of the day, the Circulon Genesis Hard-Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle is crafted from heavy-duty, hard-anodized aluminum construction to provide fast, even heating and outstanding performance day after day. Low sides of the square griddle make it easier to flip buckwheat pancakes or over-easy eggs for breakfast. It features a long-lasting nonstick cooking surface that not only resists scratching, staining and chipping, but also delivers extraordinary food release for dependable cooking results without added fats and oils, so grilled Swiss cheese and turkey sandwiches can be made without extra calories. The unique TOTAL® Food Release System combines PFOA-free premium-quality metal utensil safe nonstick with raised circles to reduce abrasion. The griddle’s stainless steel handle is solidly double riveted for strength, and the pan is oven safe to 500°F so buffalo burgers can cook on the stovetop and stay warm in the oven until dinnertime. This griddle features superior-quality nonstick that offers lighter cooking and faster cleanup, and it works beautifully with other pieces from the Circulon Genesis line of cookware.
Helping to make healthy meals morning, noon and night, the Circulon Genesis Hard-Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle is essential, elegant cookware.
